The main thing that we need to highlight in this case is that before scaling your ad campaigns you should reduce your ACoS to below the profit margin. And it was our first step. Because only in this way you can have a lower risk of PPC ad costs. But this was the tip of the iceberg. When we scaled his ad campaigns it gave us organic visibility. And the math is easy - if PPC revenue growth, then organic revenues growth too.

The client’s ACoS was 42.5%. Target ACoS is 30% We spent about 2,5 months and reached this target. And after 4 months already the ACoS was even lower than the client’s target ACoS 30%.

This is a good example of how PPC ads could scale organic metrics. At the first stage, we focused on listing changes and as a result, the conversion rate increased. The main idea was to spend as much as we can to optimize clients’ search terms at the ad group level to reduce his ACoS step by step. And then use Expansion campaigns to be on top and scale his orders.

Here we have some numbers which are not so impressive because our client was really conservative in terms of his ad spend. This is a pretty typical situation and it’s okay but it gives you results in some time. In this case, we can talk for about 6 months.
